All our products are sent free of charge from €20 within the Netherlands and Belgium and are delivered by PostNL.
Netherlands
Orders placed on working days before 16:00 will be delivered the next working day. Orders placed in the weekend will be delivered on Tuesday.
Belgium
For deliveries to Belgium a delivery time of 1 to 2 working days applies.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to collect your order in person at the moment.
Exchanges & Returns
If you are not satisfied with the product you can exchange or return the product within 30 days. Products can be returned provided the product does not match the product on our webshop AND has not been used.
What cannot be returned
- Products that have been in the customer’s possession for longer than 30 days cannot be returned.
- The product must not contain any traces of use. We reserve the right to refuse returned items if it is suspected that the items have already been used or are damaged through no fault of our own.
- We do not accept returns of customised products
- Returns with missing packaging will not be processed.
Return costs
Return costs are to be borne by the customer unless it is a defect, in which case we will pay the return costs.
Return shipment & handling
Please register your return via our contact form before returning the product
Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging and with all labels and tags attached.
A return shipment must be provided with Track & Trace code. The sender is always responsible for the shipment.
Once we have received your returned items, we will refund the purchase price to your account within 5 days.
