Yes, the product you see in the picture is the same as the product you will receive. Please note that there may be small color differences, this is due the difference in light in the images and in your home. Products that are “Handmade” may contain slight color differences.
If you are not satisfied with a product, you can return it within 30 days. A product can be returned if it does not correspond to the product on our web shop and must be unused.
If you want to return a product, you can contact us. Pay attention! Return costs are at the expense of the customer, unless it is a defect then we will pay the costs.
When you have created an account, you can find the invoice under “orders” in your account details. We also send the invoice by e-mail.
Yes, if a product is out of stock, it will be replenished. When a product is no longer available, it will be removed from the web shop.
The following applies to the Netherlands: A product that is ordered before 4 p.m. on working days will be shipped the same day. In most cases, the product will be delivered the next working day. Longer delivery times apply to other countries.
